Managers Update for Clients
We are closely monitoring the Covid-19 situation and following all guidance issued by the UK government and healthcare professional bodies including HCPC and GOsC.
Due to these unprecedented times, we are taking action to prioritise the welfare and safety of our clients and staff.
We will do our utmost to minimise disruption and ensure we are operational as soon as it is possible to do so safely.
We are offering a telephone advisory/enquiry service Mon to Fri 11.00 – 14.00.
At present online booking is suspended until we reopen. However, we can be contacted via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
We shall, of course, be contacting any clients that have a current booked appointment to reschedule when and if this becomes necessary.
Due to high demand, we shall be recruiting additional staff in June/July.
Upon reopening we shall be implementing a Covid-19 infection control policy which will amongst other guidelines include social distancing measures and necessary PPE for all staff.
