Tom graduated with a bachelors degree in Podiatry from the University of Brighton in 2001.
He has also recently completed a Master of Science in the Principles of Podiatric Surgery.
During his career he gained a number of years experience within the National Health Service assessing & treating high risk patients as well as people with musculo-skeletal injuries.
Now practising as an independent Podiatrist Tom also
acts as a Clinical Educator for The University of Brighton teaching on the Undergraduate Podiatry programme.
Tom works with members of the general public as well as Elite & Professional Sports people to help them be more comfortable, to reduce pain and to improve performance in their chosen activities.
He also currently acts as the Kent County Cricket Team podiatrist.

Stephanie received all of her training with Mindfulness U.K.
She is recognised and registered with The Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (OFQUAL) - .GOV as also The Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPAB).
Stephanie offers teaching and support for all types of individual clients presenting therapy requirements including, stress management, anxiety, depression & self-esteem issues.
However, Stephanie's service is just as well suited to clients without direct therapeutic needs including self-awareness teaching, objective support such as weight loss or sporting target achievement as also wellness guidance.
As well as private individual clients Stephanie also regularly provides Well-being training for large corporations & concerns within London & the South East.
Stephanie has also been a qualified fitness instructor & personal trainer for over 5 years.

Meghan graduated with a first honours degree in Sports Therapy from the from Brunel University.
She has practised within a variety of areas. Within the NHS Meghan facilitated orthopaedic & MSK exercise rehabilitation classes.
Within the private sector she has assessed & treated a range of clients presenting various sport specific as also every day injuries / conditions.
As a Sports Therapist Meghan displays keen interest in all types of activities but in particular maintains some good football background ranging from professional to amateur levels.
Meghan is well supported within a multi-disciplinary therapy team environment including experienced clinicians.
In addition to injury treatment, & orthopaedic post-operative rehabilitation Meghan is a sensible, knowledgeable option for constructing, reviewing & maintaining any type of Fitness / Training Plan, which, are part of HTC's services spectrum.
Julie has over 12 years experience within the business & financial market.
During her varied career her roles have included financial viability analysis, consumer engagement, process refinement & business initiative promotion.
Julie's directive with HTC is to promote service spectrum development, client engagement, key stakeholder relationships & also service satisfaction.

Stuart has been a Physiotherapist since 1996.
He has practised within the U.K & abroad within both state-funded (e.g. NHS), private healthcare & within professional sporting environments.

Specialising in Manual therapy techniques & sports therapy Stuart has attained post-graduate qualifications in Sports Science & Neuro-Musculo-Skeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy.
Stuart is a registered member of the Manipulative Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP).
Over the past 15 years, he has led Physiotherapy, Pharmaceutical & Diagnostic Imaging (MRI / CT / X-Ray / Ultra-sound) teams.
Stuart has been a fitness instructor for over 30 years & previously served with H.M.F.

Clarissa graduated with a bachelor of Science in Osteopathy from the European School of Osteopathy in 2007.
Prior to completion of her degree in Osteopathy Clarissa had already completed a degree in Biological Science at Kings University College, London.
During her career, Clarissa has worked within varied multi-disciplinary practices and has also worked as a Lecturer Assistant and examiner with Osteopathy students.
Clarissa employs a wide variety of osteopathic techniques including structural, functional and cranial techniques, which, are tailored to the individual patient and their symptoms.
Clarissa treats most musculo-skeletal conditions also associated systemic & visceral dysfunctions.
However, in particular she has a passion & specialises within Women's Health & Paediatrics (children) care, including the treatment of women during pregnancy and infants presenting various conditions as well as treating patients with migraines and visceral complaints.

Marcella has over 30 years business experience ranging from the insurance industry to private healthcare.
During this time she attained Diploma level qualifications in Management, Customer Service, Business Administration, & Team Leading.
Over the past 10 years Marcella acted as part of the leadership team responsible for the organisation, legislative compliance & customer service standards involved with managing Physiotherapy, Diagnostic Imaging, Pharmaceutical & Health Screening teams within a private hospital setting.

Rob is Diploma Level 3 qualified in Sports Massage therapy and taping techniques.
He has been a massage sports therapist for 10 years
& has worked with a varied spectrum of clients ranging from chronic medical conditions to sports injuries.
Rob states that he has a passion for using sports & massage to aid and assist clients from all walks of life back to full function.
Taking great pride and job satisfaction from working closely with clients and fellow therapists here at H.T.C to achieve a quality service that provides positive results for you.
As with all complimentary therapists at HTC Rob interacts closely with the centre's clinical practitioners on inter-referral & clinical therapy guidance.
VTCT Lv4 - QCF
Amy has a VTCT Level 4 Sports Massage Therapy (QCF) Qualification.
She has been employed as a sports, deep tissue and classic masseur for almost three years & is also trained in kinetic taping.
Amy states that massage is an excellent way of taking care of your physical well-being. It provides great relief by working out the aches of tired muscles, reduces stress, relieves anxiety and improves sleep. Techniques can help in various ways ranging from relieving symptoms such as tension head-aches through to improving body conditioning by increasing muscle flexibility & facilitating joint suppleness.
Amy tailors each massage technique to the individuals needs and interacts closely with the centre's clinicians on inter-referral.

Foot Healthcare Professional
Ben is a Member of both the College of Foot Health Professionals (MCFHP) and the Association of Foot Health Professionals (MAFHP).
He received both his theoretical and clinical training at the prestigious SMAE Institute, the longest running UK provider of foot health training, accredited by St Margaret's University in Edinburgh.
Bens field of practice covers most skin & nail conditions of the feet such as hard skin, painful corns, cracked heels, thickened nails or even just simple maintenance such as nail cuttings.
There are so many common problems that can affect your feet.
Ben interacts, where required with HTC's clinical specialists in aiming to provide a service that aids you to maintain comfort and mobility all year round.
Gill has worked within customer service environments for over 40 years.
She has spent over 30 years within healthcare.
Gills healthcare experience ranges from clinical practice as a healthcare assistant to front of house customer service provision through to clinical auditing, records & co-ordination relating to clinical governance.
Carol's experience within customer service stretches over the past 35 years.
Her experience has varied across all different aspects of customer service including lead posts within the record industry, catering companies, patent archiving, and county council positions.
Sarah worked within the finance industry for over 20 years with a career focus on customer service & client relationships.
In addition to this her experience with service delivery, process driven service organisation as also refinement is expansive.
Marion has worked within the healthcare service industry for over 15 years.
Her experience over the years has included employment as a pharmaceutical assistant (clinical support), as a business administrator and within customer service support teams.
Julie retains extensive senior experience within customer service industries stretching over the past 25 years.
Ella-Mai is the junior member of our team.
She is currently completing her GCSE’s at school & is working together with the HTC Team to gain invaluable work experience.
