She has been employed as a sports, deep tissue and classic masseur for almost three years & is also trained in kinetic taping.
Amy states that massage is an excellent way of taking care of your physical well-being. It provides great relief by working out the aches of tired muscles, reduces stress, relieves anxiety and improves sleep.
Amy tailors each massage technique to the individuals needs and interacts closely with the centre's clinicians on inter-referral.

Tom Austen
BSc. Podiatry MSc Pod-Surg.
Registered Podiatrist
Tom graduated with a bachelors degree in Podiatry from the University of Brighton in 2001.
He has also completed a Masters of Science in the Principles of Podiatric Surgery.
During his career he has gained a number of years experience within the National Health Service assessing & treating high risk patients as well as people with musculo-skeletal injuries.
Now practising as an independent Podiatrist Tom also acts as a
Clinical Educator for The University of Brighton teaching on the Undergraduate Podiatry programme.
Tom works with members of the general public as well as Elite & Professional Sports people to help them be more comfortable, to reduce pain and to improve performance in their chosen activities.
He also currently acts as the Kent County Cricket Team Podiatrist.

Cary Morin

Registered Physiotherapist
Cary graduated with a Doctorate in Physiotherapy from the University of North Carolina, USA in 2017.
Cary hails from New England, USA where he has trained and
worked within acute care, Outpatient MSK plus Orthopaedics
within both hospital and private clinic environments.
In addition Cary accrued experience working within The Walter Reed National Military Medical Centre in Bethesda, Maryland, USA.
This centre is the largest and most renowned military medical centre within the USA.
Time spent here afforded Cary exposure in treating military personnel and their families for a wide range of conditions.
Carys clinical concentration is in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (MSK), including exercise therapy, dry needling techniques & Extra-corporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT).
He also has a defined clinical interest in improving mobility in those with Neurological degenerative conditions such as Parkinson’s disease.

Stephanie Unthank

Stephanie received all of her training with Mindfulness U.K. of which she is now a senior member.
She is recognised and registered with The Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (OFQUAL) - .GOV as also The Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPAB).
Stephanie offers teaching and support for all types of individual clients presenting therapy requirements including, stress management, anxiety, depression & self-esteem issues.
However, Stephanie's service is just as well suited to clients without direct therapeutic needs including self-awareness teaching, objective support such as weight loss or sporting target achievement as also wellness guidance.
As well as private individual clients Stephanie also regularly provides Well-being training for large corporations & concerns throughout the U.K. She also regularly provides Wellness articles for a leading magazine
In addition, Stephanie has been a qualified fitness instructor & personal trainer for over 7 years.
Megan Hutchison

Megan graduated
with an MSc. from the European School of Osteopathy after 4 years of training on the Integrated Masters program.
She has since been active within private practice
in a number of multidisciplinary clinics
in Kent & Surrey.
Megan treats a wide range
of patients from babies through to patients with general musculo-skeletal conditions.
She uses a range of Osteopathic techniques including structural, functional & cranial techniques allowing her to form an appropriate & effective treatment plan for each patient.
Megans clinical speciality interests includes babies, pregnant & postpartum women as well as sports injuries.
In her spare time Megan enjoys long muddy walks with her dogs, is a keen gym attendee, jogging, and swimming.

During her career, Clarissa
has worked within varied multi-disciplinary practices and has also worked as a Lecturer Assistant and examiner with Osteopathy students.
Clarissa employs a wide variety of osteopathic techniques including structural, functional and cranial techniques, which,
are tailored to the individual patient and their symptoms.
Clarissa treats most
musculo-skeletal conditions also associated systemic & visceral dysfunctions.
However, in particular she

Juliette is HTC's resident Reflexologist and also provides Reflex Lymphatic Drainage therapy.
She has trained in utilising foot, reflexology techniques,
which may be beneficial in aiding stress relief, headaches as also aiding specific conditions such as sinusitis or fatigue syndromes such as those experienced per / post natal or general medical recovery.
Juliette's qualification in Reflex Lymphatic Drainage techniques aids in providing effective alleviation to symptoms related to lymphedema.
